Service Description

Embodied with Curiosity is a nurturing space for children ages 4–12 to explore movement, emotions, and imagination through guided play. This class uses gentle yoga-inspired movement, storytelling, music, and creative expression to help children connect with their bodies and feelings in a safe, supportive space. Each class includes: • Playful movement and beginner yoga • Fun, simple breathwork (like balloon belly or bumblebee breath) • Storytelling and imagination games • Art, music or mindful expression • Emotional check-ins using visuals and prompts • A family-accessible blog with printable and digital resources This class supports emotional intelligence, body awareness and confidence all while having fun and staying grounded. Investment: $60/month unlimited access (Reach out to receive a quote. Come as often as you’d like. This is your space to settle in and root gently. This class is only 1 hour long and starts at 9AM EST WEEKENDS 📍 Available only via live session

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your membership, please notify me at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session to receive a full refund. Canceling after you recieve service will result in a partial refund. Canceling during your free trial will result in forfeit of your free trial. There is a RESCHEDULING FEE. (FEE VARIES BETWEEN SERVICES)
