Service Description

A dynamic blend of mindful movement and spiritual alignment. Embodied with Flow is for those ready to stretch deeper into their practice with a balance of flow-based yoga, guided meditations, journaling prompts and present moment awareness. We build strength and stillness, together. This one-hour class holds space for your body, your mind and your heart. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or craving a reset, this is where you begin with grace. Each class includes: • A full yoga flow with gentle-to-moderate movement • Breathwork and presence practice • Guided journaling and reflection time • Grounding mindfulness techniques Membership: • Post-class blog access for extra support and prompts Show up as you are. This class meets you there. Investment: $99/month unlimited access Come as often as you’d like. This is your space to settle in and find your center. This class is only 1 hour long and starts at 1PM EST WEEKENDS 📍 Available only via live session

Cancellation Policy

I understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your membership, please notify me at least 48 hours before your first scheduled session to receive a full refund. Canceling after you recieve service will result in a partial refund. Canceling during your free trial will result in forfeit of your free trial. There is a RESCHEDULING FEE. (FEE VARIES BETWEEN SERVICES)
