Rooted & Real: 4 Session Journey

Service Description

This isn’t a one size fits all mindfulness package. Rooted & Real is a personalized 4-session experience created to help you ground yourself, face what’s really coming up and move forward with tools that actually meet your needs. Not the algorithm. Not your cousin. You. This is your space to show up fully human with your flaws, fire, fatigue and dreams. You’ll receive a blend of emotional regulation tools, spiritual insight and practical strategies like breathwork, journaling and even planting something if that’s what your healing looks like today. Consistency is key. These sessions are meant to be completed within 30 days to help you build habits, stay accountable and create real, lasting change. We’re not dragging healing out. We’re moving with it. Before booking, a quick intake questionnaire is required to assess whether this journey fits you, and if so, how it should be tailored. We move with intention here. _______ What You’ll Receive: • Four 60-minute live sessions (to be used within 30 days) • Personalized healing layout based on your intake • Breathwork + nervous system tools • Gentle yoga, meditation and mindfulness flows • Journaling prompts, creative expression or gardening work • Optional focused tarot reading (up to 15 min within a session) • 5 days of post session support work per session (homework & tools) • Ongoing access to me for emotional/spiritual check-ins during your month • Access to the Rooted Community Blog (bonus meditations, fitness flows, art prompts and more) Please Note: If you’d like to use one of your sessions for a full reading (up to 60 min), you can but that session will be devoted to the reading only. We honor the process. You can’t pile a full reading and full healing session together. 📍 Available only via live session
