Rooted & Rewritten is for those ready to change their internal code. You’ve done the surface work, but now it’s time to repattern, restructure and reclaim the pieces of you that routine healing spaces often miss. This 12-session journey is about ownership. Ownership of your past. Ownership of your power. Ownership of your path. Each session is built around your current reality, your desired future and the sacred work of becoming who you were always meant to be. We don’t do slow drips here. You have 30 days to move through these sessions, with flexible pacing (3x/week or 4x/week) based on your preference and capacity. Consistency is key. This is about creating a new rhythm, not dragging old habits along for the ride. You’ll complete an in-depth intake before starting, and together, we’ll craft the blueprint for your transformation.
