Rooted & Rising is for the ones ready to go deeper. This isn’t about dipping your toe into healing. It’s for those who want structure, intensity and sacred space to build the version of themselves they keep dreaming of. You’ll receive eight live sessions within 30 days, designed just for you through a private intake process before we begin. We move at the rhythm of your readiness with room to pivot, pause and plant. Think breathwork, journaling, energy clearing, intuitive movement and even tarot if that’s your tool of choice. If you need space to cry, to lift, to stretch, to just be... you’ll have it. This is about choosing transformation, not waiting on it. Consistency is non-negotiable. You must complete these sessions within 30 days. Why? Because the only way to rewrite your patterns is through aligned repetition. We’re not dragging this out. We’re embodying the shift. Before booking, you’ll complete a short questionnaire so I can assess your needs and build a personalized journey. Let’s do this right. _______ What You’ll Receive: • Eight 60-minute live sessions (to be completed within 30 days) • Personalized structure and session flow based on your intake • Optional session swaps (i.e., using a session for a full-length reading or weight-focused coaching) • Breathwork + nervous system regulation • Meditation, yoga and mindful movement tailored to your body and pace • Emotional processing tools + real-life problem solving • Journaling + creative expression (including gardening, painting, writing, etc.) • Ongoing access to me for check-ins, emotional support and tweaks to your layout • 5-day after-session support for each session (homework, practices, self-study) • Access to the Rooted Community Blog with exclusive flows, guided practices and resource updates Please Note: If you’d like to use one of your sessions for a full reading (up to 60 min), you can but that session will be devoted to the reading only. We honor the process. You can’t pile a full reading and full healing session together. 📍 Available only via live session
